Between a custom structural steel addition and a pre-engineered metal building (P.E.M.B.) addition, we added -28,000 square feet of manufacturing space to this Burlington, WA manufacturing plant, much needed space! Here are the final pictures from the exterior. The historic Dahlquist Building, built in 1905, was one of the first reinforced concrete buildings in Bellingham and originally housed a grocery company below and tenants above. By 2012, the building had fallen into disrepair and required structural and finish.
This custom house was a residential remodeling and expansion of 3000 square feet to a total of 8000. With a beautiful view of the Guemes channel, it features an eagle's nest, climate controlled wine cellar, wet bar, an RV garage. Here's a beautiful set of photos from a house we built just above the Guemes Ferry dock. It was designed especially with wine making in mind, so the first level has climate controlled rooms for production and a beautifully crafted. This modern residence is perched on a steep rocky slope just off Marine Drive in Anacortes, Washington.
Design-Build is a one stop shop approach, in which Quantum will design as well as build or remodel your building. By having a single point of contact for all facets of your project, you gain the benefit of a streamlined approach where engineering, architecture, constructability, and cost/value engineering can happen in real time. We have a multi-step approach to the design-build process. First, we meet with you and discuss the general parameters of the project so that we can build a custom team of architects, engineers, and even interior designers specifically suited to your needs and to verify project viability.

Beautiful day out on a jobsite!
Over 34,000 square feet, over 1,000 cubic yards (generally placing more than 200 per hour). That’s over 100 full trucks, three pump trucks, two self-leveling laser screed machines, and a lot of people coordinating to make it happen.
@MartinHolladay Read your article on foam insul in Fine HB, made my day on deciding for rigid on the exterior for my house! Thank you!
