General Construction Company has been a part of the Kiewit family of companies since July 2001. We are a privately-held, employee-owned heavy construction contractor with marine, industrial, heavy-civil, and design-build capabilities. Our marine and heavy-civil work takes us up and down the West Coast of the United States and British Columbia. Our work includes the construction of bridges, piers, marinas, breakwaters, jetties, dam upgrades, ferry terminals, submarine cables, and outfalls. In the industrial market, we have constructed and upgraded facilities for manufacturers of aircraft, petro-chemical, and pulp and paper products.
