Kruse Village is a 62,000-square-foot retail center consisting of six buildings ranging from 6,400 to 13,300 square feet that quickly filled with a variety of restaurants, shops and professional offices. The buildings are single-story with structural steel and metal stud framing. The modern-style facades feature a broad range of exterior finishes such as pre-cast concrete panels, brick veneer, stucco, metal siding, ipe wood siding, and expansive glass storefront systems. The five-acre development includes an open air pavilion where a local farm offers fruits and vegetables in the summer.
