Team Commercial Construction, Inc. is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm founded in 1994. Our corporate headquarters are located at the north end of the San Francisco Bay, in the historic town of Point Richmond, California. Our name best expresses the attitude and commitment we try to bring to each project in which we participate. As problem solvers, we are dedicated to fully involving ourselves in a "team" approach to our projects in coordination with our clients, owners, architects and designers, brokers and other consultants.
