Corporate Construction Services was founded in 1995 by Dan Knight and Gary Bauer. Both founders met while working on a large tenant improvement conversion project for First Interstate Bank after they purchased Sacramento Trust and Savings Bank. A strong partnership was formed with the client and the two founders were offered a contract to perform tenant improvement and facilities maintenance projects for First Interstate Bank, thus CCS was born. In its early years, CCS had a strong emphasis in financial services industry.
With numerous successful design-build projects completed, our team has the ability to seamlessly manage the planning, design and building stages of a project. This allows for more accurate cost and time-estimating, while also giving the client the convenience of having a single point of contact throughout the duration of the project. Our design-build team works closely with our clients to design and build a project that meets their needs and fits within their budget constraints.
