Al Lowe, founder, and president of Al Lowe Construction (ALC), knew in high school that he wanted to be in the construction industry. The son of a physician and one of seven siblings, he grew up in Ventura County helping, his father with special remodeling projects. Al received his BA in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla University and later earned his Professional Engineering Certification. He has been a General Contractor for over 41 years. His commitment to excellence and customer service is evident in quality craftsmanship and numerous satisfied customers.
