The H. C. Olsen Construction Company has performed general contracting services in a variety of settings since 1946. While its mainstay has always been telecommunications work for the major telecom providers, Olsen Construction has continued to grow over the years and has expanded its base to include major higher education and commercial clients in Southern California. Olsen Construction presently specializes in projects involving: 1) new construction; 2) alterations to existing buildings, building systems, and interior spaces; and 3) major hardscape/landscape improvements.
We perform work at major universities in Southern California both when class is in-session and during breaks. Our work includes performing new construction, renovations, structural upgrades, and tenant improvements to existing classrooms, auditoriums, labs, office spaces, and parking structures. We perform work at individual cell sites and on existing building rooftops, towers, and signs. Our work includes installing new and upgrading existing cell towers, cell sites and associated equipment, and "stealthing" installations as required to match surrounding structures and to minimize visual clutter.
