W. L. Butler may be known as a commercial general contractor but our roots are in residential construction. W. L. Butler, Inc. built numerous multi-family communities of condominiums, apartments and single-family homes, as part of stand alone and mixed-use developments. Our emphasis is always on quality and creating homes that maintain their value and desirability over time.

Specifically, it includes cost effective design, conceptual estimating, permit coordination, detailed scheduling, and setting performance baselines around procedures and logistics.

In 1975, a carpenter named William L. (Bill) Butler drove west to California and started a small construction company. Through hard work, long-term relationships and honest values, W. L.
