Retrofit of an existing 30-year old central plant with new MEP equipment. The work included demolition of the existing equipment and construction of a new, fully functional and code-compliant plant utilizing the existing site. Throughout construction, temporary cooling with portable chillers was provided to the facility complete with temporary piping, hoses, and electrical. Cannon Building installed two new freezer rooms into an existing 33,280 SF Anheuser-Busch warehouse. The ambient temperature section of the Montclair distribution warehouse was converted into a controlled environment warehouse, with miscellaneous removals, relocations, and improvement.
