Frymer Construction was founded in 1996 by David Frymer, a second generation builder who got his start in the family business. David's father, Edward Frymer, started E. Frymer Construction in the 1970's and the Frymer name is well known and respected in the greater Los Angeles area for the construction of high quality multi-family housing.
