Most of our site supervisors, managers and executives began their careers on Oltmans jobsites.

Oltmans launched our Special Projects Division in 1990 to bring our general contracting skills and project management expertise to the unique challenges of interior improvements, renovations and seismic retrofits. The division has succeeded beyond expectation by providing quality craftsmanship and personal, highly responsive service. Today, the Special Projects Division accounts for 20% of our annual revenue. The Special Projects Division has its own, dedicated team of project managers, estimators and highly skilled field personnel who have decades of experience working with existing structures, including buildings of great historical value that require conservation and renovation.
