Division II Construction

Division II has decades of commercial construction experience. The Company was founded in Tucson, Arizona in 1982 and all the members of our management team have been with the company for over 25 years. Our team provides technical expertise and efficient project management from pre-design thru post-occupancy. Division II has a reputation for excellence in Southern Arizona. We were awarded General Contractor of the Year from the Cornerstone Foundation in 2012. We've also been recognized by The American Subcontractors Association and the Alliance of Construction Trades as Contractor of the Year.

Onsite management of a construction project is our forte. Our field team includes experienced superintendents who diligently supervise the trades and are conscientious about jobsite safety. They understand codes and best practices to insure quality construction. The field superintendent and project manager work closely to assure project completion on schedule and within budget. These delivery methods often combine Pre-Construction Services with General Contracting. We work with a team of specialized subcontractors who are selected on the basis of competitive pricing and proven results.
