ZTEX Construction is a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, asphalt paving, and overall project management. Expanding mixed-use retail, shopping centers, and office space across the border region. Projects ranging from the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso, El Paso's Triple-A Ballpark, to West Towne Marketplace. So far, every project I have worked on in El Paso, we have used ZTEX Construction, Inc. for all our earthwork, paving, and site utility needs.
