Bob Heath founded Heath Construction in 1977 - working on bids in his living room. Since then, Heath has grown to become a leading construction company in northern Colorado. In 2014, Heath Construction LLC, was acquired by Denver based firm Saunders Construction Inc., creating a new construction solutions provider in the northern Colorado market, Saunders Heath, one that leverages Saunders' experience and resources with Heath's local relationships. While Saunders Heath remains a separate company, the resources Saunders has made available have increased our capabilities to meet the special needs of each customer.
