Lillard & Clark Construction

Founded in 1977 by Neil Lillard and Don Clark, Lillard & Clark Construction focuses on the quality construction of Water & Wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, storage tanks, piping, and delivery/diversion structures. Our organization offers the services of professionals who have several hundred years of combined experience and have constructed projects using several delivery methods, including: Design-Build, Hard Bid, and Owner/Contractor Negotiated GMP's. Throughtout our history, we have always made safety, quality, and a customer-focused approach our primary goals, which has made us a preferred construction partner for government agencies, municipalities, and design engineering firms.
