We take pride in being the smallest pipe bursting, pipelining, and full plumbing service company around. By being small we are been able to keep track of the quality and workmanship to make sure all work is completed at the highest level possible. Being small also allows us to build and maintain great relationships with our customers during and more importantly after the job is completed. We have worked hard to establish the reputation that we have and depend on. We pride ourselves on OLD SCHOOL practices with new school technology and have had the privilege to work with companies such as Teichert, Underground Construction, Ghilotti Bros, O.C. Jones and Sons, Mondavi Winery, and many more.
Affordable Trenchless & Pipe Lining is an independent, owner-operated business with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and municipal work. When you contract with us, you can be assured that the owner is aware of all aspects of the job. Subcontracting: Affordable Trenchless & Pipe Lining does not try to take jobs away from anyone. We prefer that the contractor do all the prep work and clean up on the larger jobs. We can simply install the cure-in-place liner, pull the lining and leave.
Cure-In-Place pipe lining is a sewer lateral rehabilitation method. Most types of pipe can be relined with this method. 100% inversion method - which means 100% of the resin seals all joints and cracks in the old pipe. The inversion liner materials consist of two layers of flexible needled felt and one layer of our scrim reinforcement and a 2-part formulated epoxy resin. The outside of the tube is coated with a 2 mil thick Polyvinyl Chloride finish. The impregnated liner tube is inverted using the proven Perma-Lateral air inversion unit.
Local school was having flooding issues between two buildings at the school. We found that a 6 inch storm drain was broken and completely full of tree roots in several areas. Express Plumbing was able to pull a new 6 inch storm drain line using the Trenchless method from the storm drain under a large tree and connected to a section of pipe that was in good condition.
Video Inspection is the process of running cameras through sewer lines and performing detailed inspections to identify deficiencies in the sewer system as well as providing a means to evaluate the effectiveness of various maintenance procedures. Prompt repair of damaged and defective lines results in a reduction in the number of trouble spots, infiltration and inflow, and general deterioration. CCTV inspections are also performed on sewers lines as a result of line blockages and other sewer related problems.
