Border Construction Services (BCS) is locally owned and operated, servicing San Antonio and South Central Texas. BCS offers retaining walls, wrought iron fence, land clearing, tree mulching, cedar removal and excavation, ranch roads, rock milling, road and asphalt reclamation, right-of-way maintenance, pipeline reclamation and pipeline right-of-way maintenance. We cater to a vast client base ranging from residential homeowners to commercial developers and general contractors. Border Construction Services uses a variety of equipment to cut, clear, and remove unwanted vegetation and trees, including excavators, dozers, track loaders, horizontal grinders and hydro-axes. We are capable of handling any scope of land clearing projects. Options include grubbing, grinding, removal of organics from job site, or mulching in place. Clearing (grub), grinding and hauling is the preferred method for roads and building pad preparation. Mulching in place is the primary method for utility R.O.W. (right of way), pipelines, fence lines and selective underbrush and/or tree removal.

Border Construction Services is a certified National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) retaining wall installer. We specialize in modular block and stone (quarry block / "butterstick") retaining walls. We are familiar and up-to-date on the newest City of San Antonio building codes and can provide all engineering and permitting requirements for your next project. We also install Rock-Fall Protection Netting. This product is installed on exposed rocky slopes and cliff faces to prevent rock and other debris from falling onto pedestrians, parking lots, roadways and any place there may be a present hazard.
