In the spring every year, Parkway's employees participate in several challenges during our Fit Fair to include a 3k run/walk, tug of war, watermelon eating contest, dunking booth and plank competitions. We also have health screenings, and vendors available for our staff. Our Architecture and Interior Design division are featured here on their outing to the Margot and Ross Perot Building. Hard to believe that several years ago this division was only staffed with 3 people. The Parkway Employee Relief Fund is designed to provide short-term assistance to employees experiencing severe financial need due to unexpected, and unavoidable emergencies.
Parkway recognizes customers have a need for consistent delivery of construction services nationwide, so we are licensed in 49 states and travel to provide our services wherever our customers need them. Parkway offers a complete set of integrated services in-house: due diligence, budgeting, permitting, architecture, development schedules and construction. We can be your single source from concept to completion. Parkway Construction has always focused on our people as the foundation of our business.
We are a $350 million company with a strategy for continued growth. We believe our sustained growth will come through providing planning, architectural and construction services to customers who value relationships regionally or nationally. Erik Egan joined Parkway Construction in 2008 and currently leads the company's business development division. Previously at Parkway, Erik worked as a Project Manager on numerous projects in the restaurant, religious, healthcare and retail segments. In 2013, he transitioned to business development, where his focus is identifying potential partners and building new relationships to help fuel the growth of the company.
