For over four decades, Kinco Constructors has provided professional commercial construction services to Arkansas and the surrounding states. Founded in 1973, Kinco has grown to become one of the region's leading firms. We treat clients, industry partners, and team members fairly while protecting the Kinco reputation. We value the safety of our team members, clients, industry partners, and the general public. It is our most important job.
Since 1973 Kinco has provided high-quality general construction services to a broad range of clients. Our professional staff understands the importance of hands-on project management. We combine Kinco's comprehensive building experience along with our staff's management expertise to become a valuable asset to the owner's project teams. Our in-house self-performing capability, backed by a workforce of skilled craftsman, distinguishes Kinco from other contractors. Our professional staff of project managers and estimators possess the necessary knowledge and skills to accurately estimate, schedule and manage projects of any size.
Kinco will take a leadership role in managing the project budget. Our preconstruction capabilities will be a significant contribution to the design process and result in greater value to the owner. Our dedicated preconstruction staff work in concert with the project management and superintendent personnel to deliver integrated and complete projects from beginning to end. Our philosophy is that a constructor involved from estimating through construction is more intimately involved and knowledgeable about the scope of work and specifics of the project.
We excel in our ability to work with the owner and design team to deliver projects of the highest quality, on time, and within budget - our trademark Building Excellence. To that end, Kinco will work closely with the project team (owner and architect). During construction, our charge is to ensure the work is completed on time and to specifications. We will hold regular progress meetings with the owner and architect. We also conduct weekly job-site meetings with the subcontractors and key suppliers.
