Beshears Construction, Inc. was founded and licensed by the state of Arkansas as a general construction company in May of 1984 by Eddy and Kathy Beshears and Steve Ware. Under the guidance of experienced business administrative, project management, and field construction management team members, we have been and continue to be a progressive and growing general contractor with a reputation for quality, efficiency, and timely completion of construction projects. We pride ourselves on having safe jobsites for our employees.

At Beshears, we value and understand green building practices. From minimizing construction waste, to using green products, to fully certifying LEED projects - we are dedicated to sustainable practices on all of our projects. We will work with owners and architects to carry out their specific desires and ensure that the project is as environmentally friendly as possible. In addition, we have two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff available to guide you through the process.

Our objective is to produce timely and economical results on major construction projects by matching modern technology and general contracting service to the unique demands of each job. Working closely with our client and the architect/engineer, we exercise strict quality control from the initial estimate to the closeout of the project.

Our services as construction manager consist of a pre-construction and construction phase. During the pre-construction phase, we will work closely with owner's architect/engineer by assisting in editing the preliminary design through advise on site use and improvements, material selection, building systems, equipment selection and construction methods. We will help develop an acceptable project budget, maintain budget parameters and develop a realistic construction schedule. During the construction phase, in cooperation with the architect/engineer, we will handle construction administration consisting of: bidding procedures, awarding subcontracts, material and equipment purchasing, project documentation, planning and scheduling, coordination and supervision, payment administration and all project closeout functions.
