J. Noble Binns Plumbing Company is a locally owned company that was founded in 1945 by James Noble Binns. Don Schimnowski purchased the company in 1985 as a small service company. Over the past 20 years the company has not only expanded in the service and repair department; servicing Bakersfield and the surrounding areas of Kern County; but has significantly grown in the new construction plumbing field. The company's headquarters are in Bakersfield, CA and from that office we direct work in a broad geographical area within California.
