Hwa Davis Construction & Supply, Inc. has been in business since 1993. We are centrally located in Newton, Kansas. We became DBE Certified in October of 2008 by the Kansas Department of Transportation/Office of Civil Rights and the Kansas Department of Commerce/Office of Minority & Women Business Development. We are a small construction company specializing in drainage related solutions involving highway and county road projects around central, southwest and western Kansas. We install concrete, metal, and liner pipe, headwalls, inlets, and manholes.
