Fettner Construction and Development is a family owned and operated home building company that has been building homes on Chicago's North Shore for over forty years. At Fettner Construction, we build custom homes, speculative homes, and upscale additions and renovations. Our projects range from greystones on the gold coast, to multi unit renovations on Michigan Avenue, to 15,000 square foot smart houses in Lake Forest. Fettner Construction and Development builds approximately seven to eight custom homes per year.
