I will give John Padilla Plumbing five stars (excellent) services that was done on the main water line/water leak. Arnold Valadez gave us an affordable/reasonable price quote on my water leak issues. He's very friendly, courteous & gave us some list of items to buy at Ferguson's Plumbing. He's very approachable and was able to give us ideas on our issues and how it is supposedly be done.
Five Stars for him for being honest too on our issues. The services were done by Anthony Lopez and Daniel Cisneros (both were friendly, accommodating, skillful, knowledgeable & you can ask them on anything regarding our water leak. It was done perfectly. This company is through and does exactly what they say they are going to do. Very professional. Jose and Alexandro made a great team. Jose's passionate about doing a good job and doing it correctly. We had a hot water leak under the slab. Jose had a big job to move all hot and cold water lines from underneath the slab to the ceiling and various other locations. What a challenge! We couldn't be happier with the job well done.

We recently had an emergency water leak in our 8 unit condo complex that affected multiple units. We contacted John Padilla Plumbing to help us fix the leak. Sam Balladres showed up in 30 minutes. He was very clear and communicative on pricing and what he needed to do to find the leak. Within a few hours he had found the leak, cut open the drywall, fixed a cracked pipe, and made sure the water was circulating properly in the complex. Sam really saved the day for us and made sure the issue was fixed quickly. We really appreciate his hard work. Would use John Padilla again!

Dave Brown made the repairs on our sprinkler system which involved finding and then digging down and over about a foot to find the leak. The way he repaired the leak saved us from having to jackhammer up concrete. Dave is a wonderful representative for your company. My hot water heater broke down so I called John Padilla Plumbing (formerly Straight Line Plumbing). I was very thankful they could squeeze me into their schedule the same day. Dave was my technician & he was great to work with. He diagnosed the problem, & fixed the heater quickly. He also gave us options to be prepared for when the heater does die. These guys fixed a huge water main leak at my house. They provided a competitive price, but more so, the team that came and did the actual work (Javier & Alejandro) were on time, very good with communication, and did an overall awesome job on fixing the problem and also importantly.making my yard look like nothing happend at all in the first place. I was skeptical, but they good my turf looking like no trench was even dug up underneath!

We had an emergency water leak in our backyard at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. It required shutting the water off to the entire house. To make matters worse, we had an appointment we were supposed to be at. Luckily, I made the right call - to John Padilla. Brandon to the rescue! It was a bigger job than we were expecting, but he was able to get there quickly, figure it out, and get to work.
We were able to get to our appointment knowing that it would be taken care of (he got it done while we were gone). Sure, other people could have figured it out, but I felt confident with Brandon knowing that it would be done *right*. He told me in advance what to expect and when we got home the water was on and the workmanship was flawless. I felt confident the entire time, especially since we couldn't be there. Thanks so much!

I called John Padilla Plumbing due to what was a possible gas leak due to SDG&E's technician. At first the woman on the phone said the earliest they could come out was the following day however I stated it was very important that I have someone come out that day. She said no problem and placed me on hold for just a couple of minutes- when she came back on the line she said they would have their next available technician come out that day.
I thought that was really great service! The technicians came out within a couple of hours and they were amazing from start to finish- Manny and Sam. It was a relief to have someone explain everything thoroughly, I never felt confused or duped about the repairs that would have to be done or the cost. They were professional, on-time, and friendly. The repairs took multiple days and meeting with the City inspector (even the inspectors were impressed by the quality of their repairs).
This was because Manny and Sam didn't just repair the damages they also included preventative maintenance. If I need plumbing services or anyone I know needs such services, I would 100% recommend John Padilla Plumbing- especially Manny and Sam! I feel safe and well knowing they took care of my family and I. Thank you guys! I really appreciate everything you did!

Contacted John Padilla plumbing regarding a toilet leak and they sent someone out in just a few hours. Arnold Valadez and his apprentice Alejandro arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. They offered a simple fixed price, no haggling required, and fixed the issue in no time. I requested a plumber to inspect a gas supply line for our dryer through their online chat service around 8:00pm. I was amazed they were able to send someone in less than 24hrs. They were communicative and understanding of my time as a mother of an infant. I appreciated receiving a picture via text of my technician as well. Dealing with John Padilla Plumbing was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We received prompt attention for our leaky faucet problem.
