O'Shea Builders provides commercial construction services delivered through three different methods - General Contracting, Construction Management and Design Build. Our team of construction professionals manages the work, ensuring our high standards for quality construction are met. We self-perform civil construction, structural steel, and finish and rough carpentry. O'Shea's Civil Construction Team handles underground utilities, site and structural demolition projects, earthwork and finished streetscapes, as well as management of complete projects such as athletic complexes.

O'Shea's Civil Construction Team works alongside our Building Construction Team, as well as independently, to navigate the many complexities that exist underground, such as sewers and utilities. In addition, the Civil Team can handle site and structural demolitions, earthwork, landscapes and streetscapes. Construction runs in Matt's veins as he was born and raised in a construction loving family and started working the trades as a teenager. With over 15 years of experience working as an estimator and project manager focused on heavy civil construction, he loves that the civil sector is function over form.
