RRi is a general contractor with over 55 years of experience serving the building and remodeling needs of commercial, institutional, and governmental clients in northeastern Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. As a medium sized company we can provide personal involvement and attention to detail, but we also have sufficient personnel and equipment to tackle larger projects.
In the 1950's Ray Riihiluoma started building custom homes in the Cloquet area, quickly expanding into commercial work. The company was incorporated in 1956, and for the last 56 years our focus has been primarily on commercial projects. Upon retirement in 1992, Ray turned the business over to the current principals, John Riihiluoma and John Franzen. In 2012 the third generation of family ownership commenced with Dave Franzen becoming Vice President. Ray Riihiluoma, Inc. is a family-owned business managed by skilled professionals who will take a personal interest in the success of your project.
