Safety is a top priority for our family. When we moved to our new home, we wanted to understand our plumbing system better. To do this we enrolled into the PlumbSmart membership which involved a top to bottom
Inspection. This was well worth it as PlumbSmart quickly identified issues we needed to fix. Andrew George and Don (the owner) came to our home to and did a top rate inspection. They clearly identified issues and let us know how to solve them. Their communication was a great blend of down home Southern manners and focused, professional wisdom. It was important to me that any issues identified were resolved before my family moved in. Andrew George and his team fixed everything on time, above expectations and with a smile. These gentlemen treated our home with respect and made the entire process easy for us. In going above and beyond they also connected us to other contractors we needed. Two gentlemen came out tonight and unstopped a kitchen drain. If their work ethic, personableness, and knowledge represent this company, then this is a fantastic company. We will certaInly use PlumbSmart for all of our future plumbing needs. I wish I could remember the technicians' names so I could mention them by name. I believe one of the names I caught was Andrew. He and his supervisor, whose name I can't remember, were most professional and efficient. They were Godsends too as I had put Liquid Plumber in the sink and it didn't work. Fumes were bad and I knew we wouldn't be able to stay in the house. It was late and having to leave would have been highly inconvenient. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE! They did a great job of installing a laundry sink and the plumbing to go with it. I am very happy with their work and communication. Great customer service!
Guy was nice enough but wasn't much help for the gas hot water heater that had a pilot light that didn't stay lit. Pilot light wasn't even tested.
Diagnosed and had to replace a gas water heater. Came out within 12 hours of first call, diagnosed existing unit and had to replace. Was back the next.
