Combining community, functionality, creativity, people, and land stewardship to create beautifully built projects, Baseline's landscape architecture studio delivers unmatched precision with innovative design solutions. We work closely with our land surveying, planning, and engineering professionals to provide a creative, cost-effective, well-managed project that delivers a responsive solution for both the client and end-user. From concept development through construction drawings and implementation, our team matches the client's vision and unique goals to each project.
When developing a new community, experience matters. Defining and reviewing spaces and merging them together takes planning. Each of us at Baseline, whether it's our planners, engineers, or land surveyors, has a crucial role and we work hard to make sure it is done right as we also live in the communities we work in. Our residential services include surveying, planning, rezoning, annexation, entitelments, permitting, and road and infrastructure design. Baseline is available to help visualize layouts or changes to existing structures.
Baseline offers civil engineering services that span a project's lifecycle-from planning, surveying, easements/entitlements, and permitting to infrastructure design, construction management services, and project inspection and closeout. Baseline designs infrastructure from the ground level to what lies below. As civil engineering professionals, we direct nature's great resources to meet the demands of growing communities and aging infrastructures and employ physical and natural-built environments into our designs.
Land surveying is accurately analyzing and mapping the characteristics of a parcel of land to help with a design for construction; to verify or determine boundaries for ownership; locating improvements and underground utilities; or other regulatory or civil law requirement (property sales), provided by professional licensed land surveyors. More importantly, land surveying encompasses the detailed study and/or inspection, from gathering information through observations, field measurements, or research and data analysis in the support of planning, designing, and determining property boundaries.
