Comstock's Design-Build service provides a one-stop shop for your construction project. We work directly with the client to identify their needs and translate them into a building design that fits into their budget. Our in-house drafting department will develop the full set of construction documents required to acquire the necessary permits. Comstock has relationships with several engineers that can provide assistance as needed to verify all building code requirements are met. The design-build process can shorten the overall project timeline and cost for the owner.
Construction Management services begin during the project planning and development stage as early as the client desires. Collaboration between the owner, design team, and construction team results in a quality project where the client receives the most value. Our team will be there with you during the preconstruction phase to provide our technical expertise to conduct constructability reviews, identify cost-saving options, and provide other value engineering activities.
