Bob Scull was raised in a construction family and starting a construction company was in his nature. Bob's father, and grandfather before him, were both hands-on commercial carpenters. Following in their footsteps, Bob also began his career as a carpenter/foreman in a local construction company. Bob went on to college and graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
