PML Construction is the unquestioned leader in steel framed panelized systems in our market. This allows for a large portion of our scope of work to be done in advance of the scheduled on-site start date.

Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation provides one of the most complete thermal envelopes possible on a commercial building project. This is rapidly becoming a very popular insulation system for our region of the country. In recent years many of our customers came to us and requested we get into this market. There was a definite need for the spray foam insulation to be done under our work scope. PML already performs many of the associated and adjacent tasks: Exterior Framing, Sheathing, Thermal Batt Insulation, Poly Vapor Barrier and Exterior Weather Barriers.

Our specialty boards can be used for sound, mold resistance, radiation protection, impact/abuse resistance, and specialty finish applications. We specialize in interior gypsum wallboard hanging, and all forms of fire rated, non-fire rated, and specialty performance drywall. Using many products and manufacturers, this segment of our business has a comprehensive scope of work. We specialize in the full line of EIFS, stucco, plastering, and all forms of air barriers (fluid applied, mechanically fastened rolled form, and self-adhesive systems).
