Majority Builders completed the build-out of the new Lippert Components Corporate Office in Edison Lakes, Mishawaka. This 17,380 state of the art office was a Design-Build project that utilized contemporary elements. It is truly an outstanding modern office space. Majority Builder performed the Design-Build renovation of the WNDU Channel 16 Newsroom. The 2447 Square Foot space required a complete demo and rebuild that resulted in a modern futuristic design. LED lighting, glass panel walls and doors, as well as dimmable ceiling lights that reflect off the ceiling provide a very comfortable and inviting workspace.

Majority Builders performed the build-out for The Woodhouse Day Spa located at City Plaza at 1012 E University Drive, Granger IN. The day spa will provide services that include skin care, facials, manicures, massage therapy, sleep treatments, body treatments, hand treatments, foot treatments, day packages and more. The City Plaza complex is an amplified contemporary "up-scale" streetscape. Majority's ability to provide the design services needed to create interesting visuals extended our continued professional relationship with the developer.
