We provide a number of construction services and can work in a variety of project delivery methods. The scope of our work includes out-of-ground new construction, building expansions, and renovations. Our projects include commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family residential, truss repair & structural shoring. Church construction is a sweet spot, as we have completed over 300 church and faith-based projects. The majority of our work comes through repeat clients and their energetic recommendations.
We continuously engage new partnerships with other design professionals, eager to collaborate for the success of owners and future businesses. Staalsen brings the best of design professionals with unmatched quality and service. Under the Design/Build model the general contractor hires the architect directly and becomes the "design-builder". The architect no longer serves as the owner's agent. The design-builder then creates drawings and construction documents per the client's program needs and budget.
Through early involvement as a member of a proactive planning team, Staalsen helps clients develop realistic project goals related to scope, budget, schedule, and level of finishes. Our consulting services include design coordination, budget estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, site utilization, logistics, phasing analysis, and bid package recommendations. If you're unsure about where to turn for architectural and engineering, our pre-construction services can include connecting you with the right design team.
We will be honest and ethical in all our business dealings. We will remain faithful to the values of honesty, quality and hard work. We will always try to do what we say we will do. Our conduct will be guided by our effort to do the right thing ensuring that the Staalsen name is always worthy of trust. We recognize that successful construction projects depend on teamwork at all levels. This teamwork begins internally among our office staff and extends to our field personnel, tradesman, subcontractors, associates, suppliers, engineers, architects, and clients.
