Upon completion an as-built and record drawing will be conducted. Construction of 24 diameter watermain to loop dead ends in the city of Elkhart including sidewalk and pavement replacement, and restoration along Okema Street. Construction engineering and layout services were provided. Construction of approx. 2400 feet of 24 diameter water main and appurtenances, drive approach and pavement replacement, and restoration along Pennsylvania Ave and Okema Street from Jones Street to Edgewater Drive to loop dead ends and improve water quality in the City of Elkhart.
