At Panzica, we believe a building's exterior and interior design should work together in harmony. This holistic philosophy is made possible by our practice of coordinating Interior Design with Architecture, by which registered architects and registered interior designers truly collaborate as a team from the earliest phases of design to achieve aesthetically pleasing, functional and cost-disciplined solutions for our clients. More than just decor, Interior Design by Panzica extends from the thoughtful selection of functionally and cost-appropriate materials and finishes to exterior/interior coordination of color palettes, textures and lighting to achieve a complete and organic design flow from inside and out.

What began as a traditional architecture practice in 1955 has evolved to be a full service Design-Build-Develop organization offering Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). As an architect-led general contractor, we provide Design-Build as it was meant to be. Panzica has decades of experience blending Design-Build's cost discipline and efficiency with practical, award-winning planning. This ensures our clients receive an optimum design solution to their unique building problem, instead of a builder's template approach.

Building what we design is not just a sideline, it is something we do every day. Panzica has been practicing true in-house Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for decades-long before it became the preferred delivery method it is now. Our extensive use of labor-saving technologies such as modular and panelized wood systems, tilt-up precast concrete and pre-engineered steel, shortens construction time while delivering better quality assurance under all weather conditions. Coupled with our in-house Design-Build capabilities, this allows fast track projects very responsive to owner requirements while saving our clients time and money.
