Fast-track construction is possible with this method because the contractor can begin building before the architect completes the design documents.

You may want to hire an architect to provide complete design services and request bids for your project. We have worked in this capacity many times. We provide a guaranteed maximum price and schedule, as well as money-saving suggestions. After the project is awarded, we manage the subcontractors and documentation while supervising and controlling construction, so you don't have to deal with the details. Another plus: You'll be able to influence design by working with the architect directly.
