Turnbull-Wahlert Construction is a privately owned commercial construction company founded in 1995 by Stewart Turnbull as Turnbull Construction, expanding to Turnbull-Wahlert Construction in 2003. The current partnership includes Stewart Turnbull, President and John Gavozzi, Vice President. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Turnbull-Wahlert Construction offers expertise in construction management, general construction, bid-spec and design/build. As a nationally recognized company, our clients embody local businesses, developers, Fortune 500 companies, school districts, medical facilities and major retailers.
Turnbull-Wahlert subscribes to the philosophy that Construction Management is a profession requiring attention to details, skilled project personnel and complete responsiveness to the Client's needs. Our Director of preconstruction and in-house experts, analyze each detail of a project, searching for every possible way to create efficiencies and enhance quality. Our preconstruction team stays involved through the entire project to assure a smooth process and track all preconstruction changes to be sure they are properly implemented.
