Project Description: This was a very complex project. Perkins/Carmack had to maintain operations and install a foundation for the new end wall of the facility prior to the demolition of the building. We constructed the new walls and docks once the building was removed. This project had a very tight schedule (120 days) and the deadline was met! Job Description: Perkins/Carmack worked under M & W Excavation to install the foundation for the bridge entry way into the Arcadia Development. This was private work.
