Jeff Robards Construction (JRC) specializes in site development work - doing everything from finished grading residential lots to moving mass earth. Crews also install water and storm water systems, as well as sanitary sewer systems in conjunction with the earth moving work. The company also has a trucking division comprised of dump trucks and road tractors. JRC clients include a mix of government, commercial and residential customers. We pride ourselves in having an extensive background in residential site development projects, from single-family homes, to condominium/apartment sites, and subdivisions.

JRC Inc. Snow & Ice Removal offers a complete snow and ice removal service for industrial, retail, and residential neighborhoods. With JRC Inc., you can rest assured that your property will be safe and fully accessible throughout the coming snow season. A seasonal contract provides a set cost for snow plowing and salting services performed during the winter season. This price option is tailored to the individual account requirements. A per time contract provides a cost for all snow plowing, salting, and sidewalk services.

We have a Professional Land Surveyor on staff with over 37 years experience in conducting property research, boundary, topographic, subdivision and construction surveys producing plats and drawings in a wide range of geographic and project settings in Kentucky. His experience facilitates efficient coordination of surveys for multiple projects. He has utilized a variety of equipment (GPS, total station, and level) and is proficient in the use of Soft desk, ACAD, Autodesk, and Land Development software for data reduction and drawing preparation.
