Stewart/Perry is a construction company that operates regionally and nationally, depending on the needs of our customers. The goal is to build with promises kept, all while bettering the lives of our employees. Whatever the starting point of our conversation about construction services, we will attempt to ensure we are the right fit for our customer's needs. We understand that reputations are on the line both ways.

Our construction services can be delivered one of two ways: negotiated or bid. With negotiated services, we are involved from the concept stage through design and construction, offering design assist. With a bid, we price an existing set of construction documents. Depending on the needs of our customer, we provide our services through each of these approaches. Our management team starts at the concept stage, providing budgets and value concepts as the project moves along through design to the final plans.

These construction services are offered to our customers for their projects that are remodeled, repositioned in the market, altered from one use to another or restored to a former use. Depending on customer goals, the building may retain a portion of the existing architectural elements. At times, these methods are more efficient and can possibly expedite the entitlement process to redevelop existing buildings that lie near the urban core or secure historic tax credits for buildings where this may apply.

In 1984, Stewart/Perry began operations primarily focused on retail construction services. Today the company provides services within several other sectors as well. Our management team consists of building and financial professionals, operating from a LEED certified headquarters situated on a 16-acre campus. We have provided building services in 23 states, and we are registered or hold a license in 29 states. Single project customers are as important to the company as those with multiple project requirements in different geographic areas.
