Backflow occurs when unwanted water flows in the opposite direction as intended. This can cause serious health risks if your fresh water supply is contaminated with foul water. Backflow is usually caused by a drop in pressure from the public water system. Annual backflow testing helps ensure that only clean, potable water is flowing into your home or business. Backflow testing is not a job for do-it-yourselfers. When you need backflow testing, it must be conducted by someone who is trained and certified.

Unlike most plumbing companies, Valley Plumbing has the expertise and equipment to excavate areas for our residential and commercial customers. This enables us to easily make sewer, water line, and other buried line repairs. Our excavation services include digging down to the affected line, repairing or replacing the damaged section, and making necessary connections. When practical, we add outside clean-outs that make it easier to access the line in the future. In addition to repairs, Valley Plumbing installs new hook-ups to city sewers and/or to water lines.
As your pipes and faucets deteriorate, those drips become more and more likely to be a flood, damaging your building and running up your water bills. Keep old, worn pipes from causing issues. Valley Plumbing Co. provides a variety of maintenance and warranty programs to give you peace of mind. Scheduled service and inspections will protect you from emergency calls by finding and correcting potential problems before they cause headaches. Long-term maintenance agreements can actually save you money by helping you avoid expensive repairs and damage.

Wow! Is all I can say! My family has used Valley plumbing for years and years and if I remember right, they never had any problems and was able to make payments. My mom just used them to get an estimate for a job she needed to have done and they knew it was through an insurance company before they did the estimate. They charged her $67 to do the estimate and then would not send a fax to her insurance company. They would not let her make payments and wanted to have all of the money up front. If she would have known this up front, she would have not even got an estimate from them. I just called to see if they would send the fax, and the owner was extremely rude and said that it was not his job. I mean if someone paid $67 for just an estimate the least they could do is send a fax that would take about a minute.
