It was the vision of founder H. Montgomery Martin to create a people-oriented, client-focused company that could provide quality construction services for a reasonable cost. Since 1995, the company has grown into a premier General Contractor / Construction Manager with the majority of our work attained from references and repeat business with our clients. We establish a partnership with the Owner and Architect at the earliest stages of the construction process. Our initial task is to evaluate project costs as they relate to materials, space and functional needs.
Our integrated approach to industrial and manufacturing construction provides value from the earliest stages of design and preconstruction through facility activation and post-occupancy after care. Working in concert with designers, facilities personnel, and end-users from the planning phase helps maximize your investment. Whether the team is informally collaborative or is operating under a design-build or early contractor involvement delivery method, Montgomery Martin adds significant value to every industrial construction project.
Our development partner, Mallory and Evans, has a knack for choosing great locations for their student housing. We couldn’t be more pleased to have finished three of their latest developments in some pretty picturesque sites: Bellamy Western, Flagship Kern's, Bellamy Carrollton.
The first phase of Tom Lee Park is fully underway for the Memphis River Parks Partnership. The Cutbank Bluff will give the park its first ADA accessible walkway to the park providing a vital connection from the bluff at Vance Park to Beale Street Landing.
