Clean Public Safety Building or CleanPSB is a CORE initiative designed to help mitigate occupational hazards and associated health risks that our First Responders. Our skilled team will excel on every project. CORE's experience in building a variety of structure types is an asset to our clients and allows us to provide exceptional service no matter what you choose. CORE is the fourth largest school builder in the nation, having completed over 20 million square feet of K-12 construction. Constructing quality learning environments is the first step toward helping future generations succeed.
CORE Construction's rich history started with one key moment in 1937, when our founder, Otto Baum, applied for a loan to start a masonry company. He had nothing to use as collateral except for his proven character and exemplary reputation. When the bank manager asked the loan officer why they should consider Otto's request, the officer simply replied, "I trust him." This event sparked the beginning of a company that would one day grow to multiple locations across the U.S., supported by over 1,200 employees and a strong culture built on the same trust Otto started the company with in 1937.
Generally, you have two options when selecting a construction partner. You can choose a local team but sacrifice the resources of a national organization, or you can choose a national builder but sacrifice the local touch. At CORE Construction, we believe you should have the best of both worlds. Our team is committed to delivering the high-quality services of a nationwide leader, while using a local workforce to create customized buildings that meet your needs and strengthen the community. CORE offers Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, Construction Manager At-Risk, Job Order Contracting, Program Management, PPP, and Negotiated services.
