The Firmo Construction team stepped into Ultrafast's plans for expansion to execute its million-dollar improvement as efficiently as possible.

As a Design-Builder, our mission is to execute both the design and construction phases under a single contract, reducing the Owner's exposure to a singular point of responsibility and contact throughout. This eliminates the painstaking process of having to hire and oversee multiple separate entities throughout the project. This delivery methodology is similar to that of the Master Builder concept employed during the Renaissance, where the roles of today's contractor, architect, and engineer were one integrated service.

We have the expertise to deliver residential housing developments from new construction and conversions to rehabilitation and infill redevelopment. With the experience to execute multi-dwelling units, our process results in sustainable, functional, and well-designed spaces to call home. New Construction of three 2,200SF modern design homes by Leonardo/Lunardi Architecture. The LEED Gold targeted homes feature 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open kitchen-dining-living area, preserved mature trees, and tasteful modern finishes.

We offer traditional construction services for projects with fully executed drawings and specifications. In this "Design-Bid-Build" delivery method, the initial phase of the project has already been completed, and the architect, engineer, and interior designer have been selected. When only construction services are required, our experienced team will hire proven subcontractors, manage the project schedule, control project costs, and deliver an unparalleled resulting project.
