SEDA New Homes clients were among the first in Jacksonville to have the convenience of a one-stop home builder's showroom where they could browse and select items to make their homes uniquely theirs. You may visit the Design Center with your sales agent to preview materials prior to your scheduled appointment with our Design Coordinator. During your one-on-one meeting with our Design Coordinator at your Home Personalization appointment, you will be able to make your selections for your home's exterior and interior, as well as review the placement of your house on the lot.
