He pulls from a background of successfully serving in roles, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Estimator, and Operations Manager, to President of the fastest growing small business in South Carolina. Throughout his career, Mr. Linden has successfully managed the construction of all building types, including residential, commercial, institutional, and historical, and is well versed in managing projects under both Construction Management and Guaranteed Maximum Price contract scenarios.
Linden Construction puts a heavy emphasis on preconstruction, knowing that the leg work leading up to the construction phase helps to ensure the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. We provide Site Analysis which includes: Zoning Compliance, Feasibility Analysis, Estimating, Value Engineering and Scheduling. In addition, we provide our clients with a detailed breakdown of costs, and during the construction phase, a bi-monthly progress report is issued to ensure the project remains on schedule and all parties are up to date on the project's finances.
