KMW Builders was founded in 2009 by three professionals with extensive experience in construction, real estate and development. President John Kavanagh ran a successful home building company before joining Weaver Investment CEO Lee McAllister and Weaver Investment founder Mike Weaver to form a new general contracting company to focus on multi-family developments, affordable housing and other commercial projects. We typically begin a project with planning, including site analysis, design review, value engineering, budget estimates and scheduling.
