C. M. Mitchell Construction provides earthwork, demolition, underground utilities, roads and parking areas for commercial, residential and public entities as well as construction and aggregate trucking. Typical projects include subdivision development and industrial buildings. For area residents we will calculate and deliver fill and rock for your home improvement projects such as driveways, swimming pools and septic systems. In the public sector we construct roads and lay the groundwork for commercial buildings and subdivisions.
We provide site preparation (earthwork, grading, and erosion control) for new or existing building sites, including clearing, grubbing, earthwork, grading and erosion control. We work in conjunction with North Carolina Department of Transportation, municipalities and developers to construct new or repair existing roads. We sell and deliver dirt and other aggregate products to local residents and commercial customer for small and large jobs. We can haul just about anything. In order to preserve the project site, we use many different methods to control and prevent erosion, such as installing retaining walls, silt fencing, and seeding.
