Cade General Contractors

Cade, Inc. was established in 1991. Our office is located 15 minutes north of Raleigh in Youngsville, NC. We have a full complement of proven subcontractors with whom we have an established mutual trust, as well as, long term working relationships. Our mission is "to provide quality buildings, safely, in an expeditious manner, while keeping customer satisfaction paramount." We want to be different from most general contractors, in that we try to avoid misunderstandings of what the customer wants and what the GC is providing; which can then lead to change orders, consequently causing time delays, and a lack of professionalism on the part of the general contractor.
