John built quality homes in upscale Charlotte, North Carolina neighborhoods like Eastover, Lansdowne and Stonehaven to name a few. Because of his quality of work and attention to detail, he quickly became one of Charlotte's most respected builders. Today John's son, Sid Thomasson and grandson Brice carry on that same family tradition - quality and attention to detail. Since assuming control of the company in 1993, we have successfully completed over 150 projects in many of Charlotte's finest upscale neighborhoods like Eastover, Myers Park, Foxcroft, Dilworth, The Peninsula, and The Point.

We can provide a complete turnkey solution from pre construction services to job completion or, we can work with the client's architect of choice.
